In the year 2010 the budget can be increased again – up to 154 billion hryvnyas. On 11 April 2011 the Cabinet of Ministers has confirmed a new redaction of appendixes (1 to 3) to the government program of preparation for Euro 2012 and hosting it in Ukraine. As a result, the total forecasted cost of preparation for the Championship has beem put down to 110,44 billion hryvnyas (approximately 13,4 billion dollars).

Let us mark at once that Poles turned out very like us over a range of positions – there is practically the same chaos about their total expenditure estimation. Forecast investments into facilities were 80 to 95 billion zlotys, a sum of 100 billions was in the picture as well. In the year 2010 they started talking about a drastic cost reduction and then the figure of 70 billion zlotys sounded. This year the Polish government announced that Euro 2012 will cost Poland 80 billion zlotys, which is approximately 28,6 billion dollars at today’s exchange rate.

Да европейцы вообще молодцы. Они все о нас знают лучше нас самих же. И документы все видели.
А еще они очень осведомлены о нашем поголовном расизме и зверстве. Вон недавно бывший капитан сборной Англии по футболу Сол Кемпбелл с канала BBC посоветовал болельщикам не ехать на Евро в Украину, потому что вернуться они могут в гробах, ведь у нас одни расисты и драчуны, забивают до смерти всех "не славян". А до этого текущий игрок сборной Англии Тео Уолкотт заявил, что не разрешает своей семье ехать в Украину, чтобы она поболела за него со стадиона, потому что у нас расисты и при*** одни, а так же не советует и другим болельщикам рисковать жизнью.
А Германия раструбила везде, чтобы их болельщики не ехали в Украину, ну или "на крайняк" сделали все возможные прививки, а то у нас сплошные эпидемии кори и всякой другой всячины.
Молодцы европейцы, ничего не скрывают. Я хоть узнал правду об Украине от них. Сегодня же побегу делать прививки и выпрашивать справку, что я щирый славянин, а то расисты убьют еще.
Верьте больше Европе, она святая. Только не пишите больше фраз вроде "так сказть лохи все схавают", потому что вы, доверяя всем словам европейцев, именно так и выглядите.
